Shipping policy

Summer & Warm Weather Shipping: Because our whipped soap is whipped with air for a fluffy texture, it is highly sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months, products may melt or deflate during transit. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery. If your soap melts, place it in a cool spot or refrigerator to re-harden. The texture will be denser, but the soap remains perfectly safe and effective to use. We cannot issue refunds for melted products.
