All items at The Hudson Maker are small-batch produced and prepared by hand. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Carrier & Tracking

We utilize standard reliable courier networks, primarily routing physical shipments through USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground to ensure secure transit. A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you the moment your package is registered with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged or fails to match your order description, please contact us immediately through our studio portal so we can correct the issue.
